I ran a mile today! A whole mile! In fact, if you want to get technical (and I pretty much always do) I ran 1.02 miles today. I was wearing my Vibrams and it took me 9 minutes and 34 seconds. That doesn’t strike you as particularly miraculous yet? Did I mention that this mile was
gloriously PAIN FREE??????
Yeah, like I said, miracle mile!
